Visit Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party For Christmas Magic!

If you live in or around the Central Florida area, you are most likely familiar with Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. In fact, those out of state have probably heard of this magical event that takes place every year at the Magic Kingdom.

I have been to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for a number of years now, so I thought I would share a bit of the “magic” with you guys!

If you are looking to start your December off with a bit of holiday spirit, there is nothing like watching the beloved Cinderella Castle transform to a Ice Castle by non-other than Elsa herself! Yes, weather is a bit warmer here in Florida and we don’t get snow, but that won’t stop this “Frozen Holiday Wish“. The Cinderella Castle is transformed with a Frozen display of gleaming winter magic nightly at 6:15 PM.

Are you and the kids looking forward to seeing Santa? Well, during Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade you will see him. You can catch the parade at 8:15 and 10:30. During the parade you will get the chance to wave to some of your favorite Disney friends! You will see some of your all-time favorites (Mickey, Minnie, and MORE) and this year, beloved residents of Arendelle—Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf—will be joining in on the frosty festivities!

There is holiday magic all over the park during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, make sure to check out Totally Tomorrowland Christmas, the Celebrate the Season Show, the Holiday Hootenanny at The Diamond Horseshoe and Club Tinsel at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe. You will find music and lots of characters to lead the crowd into a fun dance routine at the dance parties. The dance parties are always a favorite of ours!

Don’t forget to take advantage of the FREE holiday snacks that are available around the park as well. Keep an eye out for 7 different locations (all marked with huge Candy Canes!) that have Hot Cocoa, Cookies, Apples, and Apple Juice!

I have seen my fair share of fireworks displays, but there is nothing like the Holiday Wishes Fireworks Show during Micket’s Very Christmas Party. Holiday Wishes Celebrates the Spirit of the Season. It is a brilliant white light display that explodes in the air above Cinderella’s Castle and you will experience breathtaking music and a fireworks show. Make sure to watch for Tinker Bell as she soars into the sky over the crowds! And cheer as Jiminy Cricket reminds you that home is where the heart is—especially during the holidays.
