Merlin, the company behind Legoland Florida, just announced plans to unveil not one but three new Orlando attractions along the city’s famous International Drive in the spring of 2015.
The heart of the complex will be Orlando Eye, a cantilevered observation wheel akin to the famous icon London landmark of the same name, providing 360-degree views of Central Florida from within air-conditioned glass capsules.
Madame Tussauds, the world’s most famous celebrity wax attraction, will also debut. The seemingly lifelike wax figures twill continue the tradition of paying tribute to the most influential celebrity and historical figures of our time.
Sea Life Orlando will provide underwater fun with displays of colorful fish, sharks, jellyfish, sea horses and more, winding tunnels, floor-to-ceiling tanks and bubble aquariums. Plans include conservation education programs for kids.
